Goodyear Golden Doodles Purchase Agreement, Health Warranty, Spay/Neuter Contract


Buyer agrees that purchased puppy is for use of pet only, no breeding rights shall be extended to this puppy. Buyer agrees to have the puppy spay/neutered within the 12-month period directly following the date of this contract. Buyer agrees to a “No Compete Contract” in which buyer agrees not to breed, stud or sell the offspring of this puppy within the State of Arizona. Buyer will be held financially liable if found selling, breeding, or studding this puppy in the future. Any breeding or studding of this puppy will void this health warranty. Buyer agrees to provide Goodyear Golden Doodles, with a copy of spay/neuter paperwork from a Licensed Vet within said 12-month period.

via text to 330-402-0181 or via email to Goodyeargoldendoodles@yahoo.com. Buyer agrees to provide proper care of the pup, including proper nutrition, vet care, vaccinations, exercise, and training. Upon completed purchase of your puppy, you will be provided with a complete vaccination and worming record for your Puppy. Buyer agrees to take puppy to the vet of their choice within one week of purchase. While opinions of vets may vary, and certain geographic locations require different immunization programs, it is generally recommended that pups receive booster shots every couple of weeks until series is completed per your vet for maximum disease prevention. Please check the date on your vaccination record and have your booster shots given at the proper time. This warranty does not include viral illnesses, infections, improper bites, stress related illness, hernias, hypoglycemia, parasites: including giardia or coccidiosis, cancer, or ay endocrine disorders. Illnesses due to the ingestion of foreign objects, food, chemicals, or physical injury are excluded from coverage under this warranty. If your vet finds a defect of the puppy during checkup and verified by our vet, the buyer has the option of returning the pup for a replacement, depending on the defect, Sellers decides on sex, and color of replacement per availability (6-12 months). If Buyer decides to keep said puppy, buyer agrees to all associated medical expenses or vet bills acquired for the care of said puppy. Minor cosmetic flaws that do not affect the health of the pup will not be considered for replacement. Only defects that would affect the quality of life will be considered. Buyer has the option to keep defective puppy and releases seller from all financial responsibilities. Some puppies are born with blue eyes, though this is a rare trait in dogs, it is not guaranteed that their eyes will remain blue, A dog born with blue eyes is not eligible for a replacement if their eyes change colors. Some puppies can experience a urinary tract infection, parasites, ear infections, or allergies after the puppy is introduced into their new home. These are common ailments which are not covered under the health warranty. The buyer agrees this health warranty is non-transferrable. Puppy shall never be placed within a rescue, shelter, pound, research laboratory, or any other facility. Buyer agrees to contact Goodyear Golden Doodles should they decide to relinquish ownership of their puppy within one year of purchase for any reason. Buyer acknowledges if they transfer ownership of the puppy; breeding rights are not permitted to the new owner. Buyer may not transfer ownership without notifying Goodyear Golden Doodles. Buyer understands they will be found financially liable in the sum of $10,000 if there is a Breech of the “No compete contract”. Buyer agrees to spay/neuter said puppy within the allotted timeframe. Buyer allows Goodyear Golden Doodles to post pictures of their puppy at any age on social media and on the Goodyear Golden Doodles website, for future buyers to see. Any picture posted on any social media site by the new owner may also be used by Goodyear Golden Doodles.
